We are seeking experienced account managers to oversee all aspects of client relationships.
These individuals will work directly with BENU's clients. Primary responsibilities include conducting training
sessions with clients and brokers, reviewing software functionality, and managing the open enrollment process.
Other duties include supporting our Sales team in their efforts to obtain and retain clients and acting as a liaison
between clients and the EDI team to resolve EDI error files. In addition, the Account Manager is responsible
for handling all client communication to ensure the effective use of our system and working with the Product
Development team to report and resolve system bugs and feature enhancements.

Other requirements include at least three years related experience in client services management at a benefits
administration provider or in a benefits enrollment software vendor. We also require a thorough knowledge of
employee benefits and the administration aspect of benefits, strong project management and presentation skills,
and solid analytical and critical thinking skills. In addition, you must have superb attention to detail with the ability
to multitask and prioritize workload. A commitment to exceptional customer service is a must.

These positions are ideal for Business Analysts with at least three years of experience in software development.
We are looking for individuals with high energy and a strong interest in growing with our company.
The Business Analyst will work directly with Product Management staff to assist in the development of new
products and modules in addition to major and maintenance releases for existing products. Our ideal candidate
will have experience in benefits management applications and have demonstrated proficiency in commonly used
computer applications. Experience with Agile development practices, Jira, Confluence, and Greenhopper is a
plus.
The Business Analyst's duties will include analyzing bugs reported by users, understanding requirements from users for enhancements
and new features, and writing detailed requirements for the development team. Additionally, this person will be responsible for reviewing
test cases and use cases and writing internal and external release notes. Because our company is small and multi-faceted, team

COBRA and Call Center Client Representative

These positions are ideal for motivated individuals with two to five years relevant experience in benefits in addition to high energy and a
strong interest in growing with our company.
Responsibilities include providing help desk and COBRA benefits support through telephone and email service. Our ideal candidate will
have the ability to apply benefits knowledge and judgment, ensuring accuracy and completeness of guidance and documentation, and
resolving inquiries related to benefit plans. Other duties include thoroughly researching benefits related inquiries, providing professional
and courteous service to every caller, working independently to ensure prompt resolution of issues, and maintaining a high degree of
confidentiality. In addition, our COBRA and Call Center representatives are expected to assist in the establishment of processes and
procedures for continuous improvement in customer service and client management. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team-oriented
setting and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
